The next morning we were up early setting off to the Royal Palace in time for opening.
Several pavilions were housed behind the palace walls with beautifully carved stupas, alters and temples.
The silver pavilion was a display of great wealth including a solid silver floor, gold and silver artefacts and an emerald Buddha.
